Fetlife is like that too. “Find people with the same interests as you!”… select an interest: 120K people! Okay, let me filter by location? No. Filter by age? No. Filter by sex? Guess what, also No. So instead you have to hand scroll through all the entries. I don’t want to spend a lot of time connecting with someone with a common interest if they’re on the other side of the world.

How did you find them? Biggest thing I’m seeing is the search sucks. Found one person, literally on the other side of the world.

So browsing around it for a bit and the biggest problem I see is the search sucks. Looked at Lacation and got 120k profiles with no way to filter it. Even with the groups there’s no way of finding a share group in my city.

That may cover what I’m looking for. Thank you.
