Use this tool by Ratiboris. He is a well known and trusted dev on ru-board who makes this Office installation tool. Use the uninstall feature first to completely remove everything then install whatever version you'd like through the program. After it installs, launch Word once then use the activation tab to activity your installation.

Sounds fine to me. It will definitely be easier to link people directly to pirated content here than Reddit.
The best thing to do it to recommend it to other people you kids so they can earn more ad revenue. There isn't a way to directly donate, at least not that I can find.
Similar to rutracker, rutor or bakabt. They're public but you need to sign up to access the torrent files and magnet links.
