Part of the linguistic challenge is that community is already pretty broad, and can include multiple layers. A community can be made up of other community or just be part of a larger one.
If it wasn't already loaded with even more meaning, something like "nation" might be appropriate.
Society?
Edit: I don't actually think we should have something overly specific to fedi verse. I agree with having something like "feed", it's common language that people are more likely to already understand as long as the implementation is close enough to existing analogous functionality.
We knew that would be the case. It'll be try in 50 years.
Reality isn't convincing. Repeated messaging and indoctrination is convincing, partly because it determines how you perceive reality.
The full order, which provides the template this comes from.
My favorite part of playing tennis is the commute back to the court after every time my opponent scores. I really get to savor and look forward to the next time I'll get to swing my racket. It also makes victory that much more meaningful knowing that not only am I an expert at swinging the racket, reading my opponents moves, and responding, I've also memorized every crack, crevice, and nuance of conversation along the route to the court. That meaningless repetition of unrelated action is what makes games fun!
Depending on the context, acquiescing and then not following orders can be quite effective as well, especially if you're in a position of direct contact.
E.g., your supervisor instructs you to do something like take down the company DEI site? Say no, get fired... Or say yes, and just don't do it. You forgot, it's a cached version, etc. Eventually you have to take it down and then a month later when the site updates it's back. Someone must've left it in the update package.
Be creative, be active. Anyone who wants to gaslight the world is owed nothing but deception and disrespect.
The article is fairly good, the headline only really makes sense after reading the article.
Not a great headline.
Not sure how that relates to my point
PTSD has very real consequences but I'm not sure the suicide rate itself is that strongly correlated (if anything I suspect that high percent is because fewer died in active conflict and a higher percent of military personnel aren't front line combat) : https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0165178123001336
I think the key distinction is that generally they didn't (often don't) care. Military is about results. Results from the individual or unit and for the organization, group, or nation. Mental health doesn't even enter the picture.
Edit: also, I think for a very long time even after medical science on PTSD became more clear, the response was more "get fucked" and not "my bad"
(I know I'm taking a meme too literally. Good meme, I was amused)
Nope, sorry, didn't think about that for an RTS. Is definitely designed for keyboard and mouse.
I think any fan of the genre should check out

Active development, amazing and customizable controls (seriously, is you've ever been frustrated fighting controls in an RTS, they've thought of solutions), and an extensive campaign that serves as a unit tutorial (not the most engaging story is my only regret).
Advocate of the police state gets killed by the police state.
Critics of the police state pointing and laughing doesn't mean they're suddenly fans.
