It's actually in the Lemmy account settings.

I don't know if that's really on Jerboas road map. You might want to look at some of the other apps that already include such features. The one I am using right now allows that and has a bunch of other great features, like multies and mod actions.

I don't know why you're getting down voted. It's not Sync but it's also a good app, that in this case might be best for op.

The Liftoff app is good and basically does this.
