It's legal if it's in the sales contract. Usually there is a timeframe.

You should look into Ferrari and their rules. They are even crazier than Tesla for things like this.

I do secret Santa with my family so I only have to get my cousin a gift. He built a race car in the past year so I had a guy on fiverr make artwork of it and then had it printed and framed

Still getting into lemmy and understanding federation, but as in the title, should I make multiple accounts on different instances? I created this account on lemmy.ca, but let's say I want to be a mod for a community on another instance or I want to start a community on another instance. I need an account on that instance right?

Also, is there any way to keep all these accounts linked to one another?
