That's incredibly sad, and as the other commenter suggested, all too common with big daddy capitalism. I can't describe how angry it makes me, and how powerless those situations make me feel at times. I'm so happy, and proud, when I see communities truly fight back - and I can fight along side then. So often we go out with a wimpe, I want to fight for the things important to me!

It got much better with the two recent updates. Images still sometimes spaz out when you scroll, and for whatever reason searching for communities doesn't seem to work right. But for reading, commenting, etc it's totally usable.

This does feel a lot like the reddit I missed, only better. I will also agree that I find myself more likely to engage here, versus reddit where I exclusively lurked.
