Oddly enough I think the fried tofu is tastier. The chicken in fried chicken is pretty bland, and the fried tofu has a more consistent texture.

Yeah, I am not vegan, but a tofu scramble is vastly preferable to scrambled eggs. So much tastier. Although on could argue you could add all those ingredients to scrambled eggs and it is pretty good too.
