10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

Choosing egg prices as your campaign slogan during an H5 endemic was already a pretty bad move and then you topped it with tariffs lol
Sucks for Americans. I got a dozen extra extra large eggs in Canada for 5$ Canadian...
i don't have egg prices in my area. the grocery store simply removed the egg section
But let's be honest. 5$ for a dozen eggs is fucking nuts too. They were so much fucking cheaper not all that long ago

Correct. But the eggs I bought were extra-extra-large. If I wanted to get just large or medium I would have paid around 4 or less.
$5CAD is aboutt $3.50 USD. For jumbo eggs, i would call that aboit right. These are way larger than the "large" eggs most people are used to

I managed to find a dozen for $4.97 yesterday. It's the best I've been able to find in some time.
Meanwhile in Trudeau's socialist nightmare, where eggs are under ~~kolkhoz~~ supply management, I pay $5.25 USD... for 18 eggs.
I normally get extra large eggs, but I just got some extra extra large eggs for 5.25$ Canadian. A dozen.

Which is about what I was paying in Chicago back in '22. I remember Roundy's (Mariano's/Kroger's house brand) 18 Large Brown eggs was USD $4.99 before tax.
As an egg-lover, this is quite the fresh hell.
Time to start putting up those trump 'i did this' stickers in supermarkets untill they ban me again.

They fired people to try to free money for more tax breaks for the top 1% with zero concern if these people were needed or useful.

Look at how insanely difficult, if not impossible, our job is at educating these morons on how they're being taken for a ride by conmen. The longer it goes on the more they'd have to admit they're wrong about, which makes it even less likely they'll realize it.

The less eggs you can afford to buy increases the supply for the people who do not need to worry about the price of eggs.
Why does it feel like I'm reading articles about egg prices virtually every day. I don't get why anyone cares this much.
I guess it was because the price of eggs was practically a campaigning slogan shared a lot around trump supporters.
