Is there a law preventing me from for example selling a baseball hat for $20,000?

I read once that we pay the highest rates for mobile data (or at least I think I did) in the world but I don't recall reading why. Maybe it had something to do with near-monopolies or infrastructure?

Are there any changes coming that may change this?

How are bears so huge? If I ate nothing but berries and salmon I'd probably be really slender.

Do fat criminals lose weight?

Do skinny criminals gain weight?

An example would be a version of the trolley problem where you can either allow the track to remain on its current path which is empty, or divert it to harm an individual unnecessarily. This is a choice between a universally good outcome or a universally bad outcome.

Whereas the typical trolley problem is an ethical dilemma since both options are harmful and neither are ideal so it's choosing between 2 bad outcomes.

  1. Retired sheriff who still wears his Sheriff embroidered knit cap all winter everywhere he goes;

  2. a former Sheriff who was fired, still has his knit cap and wears it around everywhere he goes;

  3. someone who was never a sheriff and never in law enforcement in any capacity whatsoever who found a sheriff knit cap and wears it around everywhere he goes

Which of those three scenarios might qualify as "Impersonating a Police Officer?" Any or all of the above?

Similar case in point: "bimonthly" means "twice a month." That makes sense.

But the definition for "bi-weekly" does not make sense.

What do you think?

Based on why I've heard it seems they use the word to be a synonym of the word "paradox" (?)

But according to the dictionary, inception means commencement or beginning or initiation.

What is their definition of the word "Inception" in the movie?

I prefer my smartphone because I literally don't have a desktop/laptop computer and no desire to get one Because sitting up working on a computer is bad for my posture and it hurts my back so everything I do on my "computer" Is done on my smartphone, I'm laying down with my legs propped up. It's just how I am.

so I'm currently distraught because Samsung just did a mandatory software update and they took away all the handy video editing tools they used to provide us :'(

So I absolutely need to find a video editing app now and I'd like to know If any of you have experience & leads to a best option.

I would Google "best smartphone video editing apps" but search engine results are usually biased and shilled. I prefer honest reviews from real users.

I have a friend who posts stable videos while he's walking around and I asked him how he did it because I can't find a gimbal for my phone that actually works, he said there's a stabilizer built into his phone. I'm not close enough to ask him again what kind of phone he has. Do you know?

update: So I googled it and hey my phone is on the list of Phones that have OIS (thanx @[email protected]), I have a Samsung S21 Ultra which appeared on the list of phones that offer video stabilization. So I checked my video camera settings, and video stabilization is already turned on, So if my phone has this, why are my videos always so shakey when I'm walking?

Not sure if nonverbal is the right word for it, but those ~~that~~ who think not as if they're speaking in their mind, through some other ways like imagery, feelings, or however.

Often the conscience is described as a little voice in one's mind saying what's right/wrong to do, but for those ~~that~~ who think differently, how's that experienced? Good/bad imagery or feelings instead?

It's a typical video game peasant looking npc lamenting at no on in particular that's there's a very solvible problem. Oh is only somone could solve this for them! While a very strong capible looking player character is right next to them.

I'm reading somthing about emotional blackmail. Apprently this meme describes one form of it perfectly. Though I havnt seen it in years and I can't find it via searches.

I suppose shoes are laced so as to better fit & secure them to one's feet, so why isn't similar done with gloves?

The only gloves that come to mind with lacing are maybe catcher's mitts and boxing gloves, but even those I'm not entirely certain of.

Edit:
Possibly a nvm edit, as it just struck me that you...Couldn't really tie...Glove laces...? I think? I guess it may depend...

There are plenty of politics communities, but they all seem to focus on posting and discussing articles. Is there a community for posting political ideas and opinions?
