The location of the strike is almost 30 kilometers (20 miles) from the Ukrainian border and 20 kilometers (13 miles) away from the site of the current fighting

Oh my fuck. With Ukraine's known ability to strike deep into Russia's territory (like training and staging areas) it genuinely is criminal incompetence above and beyond what we've already come to expect from russia. It's astounding.

Two and a half years, and instead of having two and a half years worth of experience, they seem to have one day of experience 894 times. Over and over and over and over again.
