It's socially acceptable to show up to class lightly drunk and in costume
(my secret plan to get people to reveal where I should go for my next trip is working!)
I mean in the US it's also acceptable to show up to college classes drunk and in costume on Halloween
Dutch carnaval. Even better, its 4 days long.
