That sounds really tough and I'm so sorry you've been struggling. It's really good that you have a counselor and you're talking things through with someone who will help you learn how to advocate for yourself. The people in your life who were ghosting you might be a combination of shitty people and people who are afraid/uncomfortable with your new lifestyle. The only thing that matters now is tending to yourself and building a life that fits and feels right. Lots of good advice on here about finding hobbies that keep you engaged and will support you in finding new friends. If anything I'll be your friend and check in with you, so hit up my dm's anytime.

Every piece of this advice is absolutely brilliant and thoughtful. I'm really glad that you took the time to type it up. I think the diarrhea joke is hilarious and it would totally break the ice with me. It's a hell of a first impression and it would definitely live in my head for a long time. The only thing I would add besides knowing your audience is that you can't say the wrong thing to the right person that kind of takes some of the pressure off of you and in my experience I've found that to be very true.

Merry Happy! I posted a few days ago asking for help with a prelit tree that had entire portions not lighting up, or flickering like crazy. It was a crack tree situation and I could not find anything helpful on my own and you wonderful people came together and saved Christmas/ yamainwitch-mas.
