@[email protected] Page 2 has plenty of spoilers on it, despite typing out "We're not going to spoil..." shrug

The one thing the DS version of Chrono Trigger could have done was to add a quicksave since it was now portable. But, the DS version is my favorite of those I have played (all except Steam or Android/iOS). The added monster raising area, the Arena of the Ages, offers a way to get the Workman's Wallet much earlier if you want to try a low-level game.
