Yeah... might be time i try to get diagnosed. Im 36 and have wondered it all my life, but have always been naturally gifted enough to get good grades so no one batted an eye
Same! My GF convinced me to contact my doctor about it, so we’ll see where it goes from here! Hopefully I don’t find a way to drop the ball on this before the process is done 😑
Same situation and almost same age here. Recently 1 friend got diagnosed and another also talked about it because of her psychiatrist. It got us talking and understanding a bunch of shit makes sense now. But obviously I will keep delaying any kind of doctor appointment or stuff like that.
I have tried to find a doctor about 4 times since ive made this post and have either run into a detail i didnt know, or got distracted by something else. No wonder this shit goes undiagnosed in so many adults lol
Yeah, understandable. I get paralyzed by the overwhelming decision of "how to find a doctor and a good one" and would spend days searching and doing my research just to get tired and ignore it all again since it's simpler.
