Isn't the fourth panel supposed to be the fourth ingredient?
(Chemical X, the ingredient, not toddler superheros, the result)
So they added CCP to the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to the communism, and to the capitalism.
What was the result?
Edit: Oh, zkfcfbzr already stated the same :)
I guess you could argue the CCP is somehow separate from the other ingredients and the end result is Modern China but I'd have just gone with "nationalism" for Ingredient X.
