If this is all above board, this is one of the most considerate acts of terrorism there could be. It obviously wasn't the bombers just accidentally setting the wrong time so that busses just happened to be empty. And that there was a message on one of the bombs that just happened to not explode sure seems like it was intended to not explode. If you've got access to something the size of a bus, intend for it to explode, and want a message to survive, you don't put it on the bomb.

Hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but this seems more like the work of Lyle Lanley than Hamas.

I was wrong. It wasn’t the monorail salesman from from the Simpson’s. It was Israeli citizens.
