Virginia is the worst state anyways.
It has booba on its flag. Your statement has been invalidated.
Umm, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas… all are much, MUCH worse than Virginia.

Delaware is basically America's tax haven. It's tiny, useless, and corrupt.
