Honestly, it's a miracle that I was ever able to find a girlfriend, let alone get married and stay married for as long as I have

Could be, but I don't think so. I know ADHD presents different in women, but she is so completely unable to understand some of the symptoms and ways of thinking, that it seems very unlikely.
