Ich nicht spreche deutsch :( aber ich lerne deutsch
According to Duolingo it goes as "Ich spreche kein Deutsch"
I think the nicht goes after the verb in German. Technically does in English as well as you say "I don't speak German" where "do" is the verb being negated
