mate good effort, that's five kilometres more than you've done for the last three weeks so it doesn't matter how long it took. Absolute legend!

Yup, felt happy just doing 5. My last attempt at a run I managed a mere 2k before giving up as my shins were killing. This time they were totally fine, but my quads were aching since my wife has been dragging me to the gym!
