US already has 50 and adding another star is so much more a pain in the ass.

Oh I’m not saying they don’t. I’m saying Canada has very strict gun laws, and US gun enthusiasts are very firm about maintaining their right to bear arms.

I just think that would be the biggest obstacle in US states joining Canada. It wasn’t a criticism so much as an identified point of contention.
