- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Any woman-identified person under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is welcome.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.

I found out about anxious preoccupied attachment and how it fits into some really upsetting, toxic behaviours I was catching myself in and which were upsetting me a lot, because I couldn’t understand what was happening. I’m now reading about it and its link to past trauma.
Understanding how it presents itself and why is my first step to overcome this!
You've done really well identifying that wildflower, and you're right, that's the first step to changing it. You've put some research into it and you can sort it from there.
