Doesn't them having a job disqualify them from being NEETs?
That is what the second E stands for.
I think that was a list of three things: neets, people who take a long time, and people living with their parents.
Because being in uni also disqualifies NEET status (Not in Education, Employment, or Training, so unemployed and not trying to gain skills to get employed)
