If you are using CBD edibles, with 0 THC:
No, those will basically make you feel calm, relaxed, relieve mild pain and ... sorta feel like you're getting a loving hug.
If you are using edibles with THC:
Yes, you will get 'stoned', potentially extremely stoned with how highly concentrated THC edibles can be these days.
Ignore everything any stoner has ever told you about indica vs sativa. All the strains are all hybridized now, and indica vs sativa means nothing.
The actual relevant things are the concentrations of THC and CBD... and possibly also terpenes, but probably not.

Generally speaking, an edible you can buy from a non specialist shop is only gonna have CBD, but if you go to a weed store, you can find THC edibles.
However, that varies somewhat by state. Please read the labels to see what you are injesting. If there are no labels, or they do not mention CBD levels or THC levels at all, do not buy that unless you're ok with a roullette wheel spin for the next 4 hours of your brain chemistry.
The ones I have say they are 1:1 and can get me high, so I must think they are cbd and thc? And it is at a weed store, not a non specialist store here.
Without an actual picture of the ... equivalent of the 'nutrition facts' of the label, can't be 100% sure...
But if it says 1:1 and 'can get you high', then yes, 99% chance that means an equivalent concentration of CBD and THC.
If you can find anything that specifies 'concentration' amount, or maybe grams or ounces of THC/CBD in total, or per edible, or per volume, we might be able to figure out a ballpark of ... to what degree you would get stoned from one of these edibles...
But uh yeah, if you are looking for just the pain relief/relaxation, and don't want to get mild hallucinatory/brain starts thinking in weird/goofy ways kind of effects... you gotta find something with 0 THC.
Not 'low' THC, absolutely none.
The problem with this kind of stuff is that exact reporting requirements are highly variable by state.
I want to say that generally speaking, in states that have legalized weed... you can find CBD only products at some grocery stores and drug stores, and stuff with THC is only at weed stores...
But my experience with that is almost entirely based in WA, a tiny bit in OR, and ... yeah, it varies a lot from state to state, sometimes even city to city within a state... and even within a city, some shops /supplier will just not actually properly verify the content levels.
I don't mind getting high from them! I was more confused by they don't seem to make me like the meme, haha! I am only using like half a gummy at a time...then go to sleep once the pain starts not mattering. They do have a nutrition label, that's state law for practically anything you could think to consume. But whatcha gunna do, can't even pump our own gas here.
Ah ok ok!
Sounds like its working well, and you're already doing the smart thing taking 1/2 a gummy at a time.
Whole bunch of people will eat an edible, nothing happens in 15 minutes, eat another, still nothing, eat another... and then in about 45 min or an hour.... get hit with the massive dose... because they don't realize that edibles take longer to metabolize and the effects to kick in.
I am glad you are doing this the smart way, and its working for you =D
I am just used to defaulting to the 'abundance of caution' approach because I am so used to trying to explain this kind of stuff to either impulsive morons, or people who have literally never been high before, and some of them will very much not this and freak out.
Haha it was the first thing people drilled into my brain!
Also apparently if they aren't 'working' at first must say they aren't shit, which makes them work (they were joking though)
