I still find it frightening that in 2022, there were enough people signing up to see Trump Tweets that it crashed a server…

If it's any consolation, Truth is very likely badly engineered, so it probably wouldn't take much to get it to fall over

It's true. Apparently, they have a lot of non public code. someone asks them to release their code every once in a while and they are forced to comply.
