I was a bit confused about how you knew, my page just shows a cumulative total. Then I looked at it in the Jerboa app and it shows there, so I guess it just depends on the interface.
I have downvoted random things due to poor scrolling techniques, and it wouldn't surprise me if Miss Meow has managed to cast a few votes with a stray tail swipe or face rub too.
I can see the percentage through wefwef.

I assume that’s the percentage of people who upvoted.

It happens consistently with the daily thread itself as I usually see the percentage always being less than 100%
