Nah, “both parties are the same” is lame voter disenfranchisement talk.
There’s a huge difference.
Suing alternative parties off of the ballot, to ensure there only are two options, is voter disenfranchisement.
no such suit would prevail unless the alternative party made grossly incompetent errors in their filings, would they?
I love that bureaucratic barriers are totally acceptable against third parties, but disenfranchisement & an attack on voter rights when used against democrats.

Not on this issue there isn't. The genocide continued until the literal last day of Biden's presidency, after which the ceasefire Donald brokered kicked in.
