I've read that it's not advised to have your monitor pointing at the window because then the light from the window gets directly into your eyes when trying to look at the monitor, so you tend to squint and generally are tensing up which can cause headaches etc. This made sense to me but if it's working well for you that's good 😸
Yeah... I've noticed that actually 😅. Luckily the sun only shines directly through my window in the early morning but still, I've definitely had my blinds closed a lot more since re-arranging things to this setup
