If you're going to dispute it, then you should look up the fucking news story and post the source of the refutation.

You can hate the current presidency, but that does not change laws and how they are enforced.

Of course a different administration changes how federal law is enforced. Laws aren't self-enforcing magic. Administration policy has everything to do with the way federal laws are applied and enforced.
