Everyone hates lawyers until they need one, then resumes hating them shortly after the work is done.
Which is why I'll once again stump for legal insurance. $26/mo. is made up for with a call or two a year, and knowing your rights, or at least your options, in this world is gold. The rich are rich and the poor are poor largely due to legal access.
A lot of issues have become issues because companies and the government have made it impossible for good lawyers to work and make a living. Pardon the terrible but true pun A legal aids for legal aid.
