The heritage foundation (of project 2025 fame) along with the federalist society have been making the lists of judges that Republicans choose from for decades now. Our federal courts have been completely taken over by those deemed loyal to the heritage foundations vision for America...

They're not so much high, as they are "above everyone" (Except God King Trump). They can be as partisan and biased as they like, it's why they were chosen.
