When has adding a cop to a situation made it better?

Yeah to be clear I don’t think it would good, but the article was saying to either do the proposed UBI or make the stores pay for the cops.

I'm pretty sure we all know which option would be chosen, unfortunately, and it's not the way that would actually help people.
