Everybody posting from a Hexbear account can instantly be disregarded as a Russian bot. They need to read more Wikipedia pages about China and North Korea instead of fairy tales about make believe economics

10,000 GPUs cost less than one tank and are sufficient for the job of running LLMs for the task. It's ridiculous to propose that Russia is NOT investing in bot+troll farms. They are cheap and effective.
Did you somehow miss the memo that the (not actually real) turing test is routinely defeated as of like ten years ago?? Today a single GPU is quite capable of producing human-looking prose much faster than any human can. It takes comically little resources to flood a platform with bogus speech for a nation state.
