Anyone else disappointed recently with the quality of this fish?

It has fine texture, but the flavor just isn't great. Maybe frozen too long?

I've never noticed that on the stuff labeled wild caught. It's all much finer grained than farmed stuff, and very uniformly prawn-orange.
