Common sense is such a bad way to manage a country as there are many things where studies go against what is common sense (especially conservative common sense).

Not opening injection centers to not increase drug usage, that's common sense for conservatives. Reality is that legalization and offering services to help people with their addiction are the best way to prevent the major issues caused by drugs!
