Moe has already said he would use notwithstanding clause if he had to.

And your point? Let him it just makes him look more like a bully. Nothing like removing children and youth rights to make yourself look strong.

This is an interesting thread. Granted it is not by a lawyer.

Have not heard anything about this limit on the Notwithstanding Clause (Section 33) if it disproportionately affects people on the basis of gender.

My point is that Moe already foresaw this because he knows it probably violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and has preemptively said he'd use the notwithstanding clause if he had to.
