This is an interesting thread. Granted it is not by a lawyer.
Have not heard anything about this limit on the Notwithstanding Clause (Section 33) if it disproportionately affects people on the basis of gender.

My point is that Moe already foresaw this because he knows it probably violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and has preemptively said he'd use the notwithstanding clause if he had to.
