The Saskatchewan Child Advocate says the provincial government's new policy regarding the use of different pronouns in schools could violate human rights.

And your point? Let him it just makes him look more like a bully. Nothing like removing children and youth rights to make yourself look strong.

This is an interesting thread. Granted it is not by a lawyer.

Have not heard anything about this limit on the Notwithstanding Clause (Section 33) if it disproportionately affects people on the basis of gender.
