I mean, I've watched some disastrous games from both Messi and Cr7, it's not like every single one of their +900 games has been a 10/10

This being said, and it might sound controversial I know, but I believe Haaland could reach Ronaldos level, he's already a world class finisher, is good in the air and has crazy top speed, only thing he lacks in comparison might be the dribbling alltough he doesn't really needs that when bulldozering through the defenders does the trick. This being said, he's still so young, maybe he develops some crazy techniques too. His biggest challange in this case would be to keep up with the numbers for 15+ seasons, but who's to say he can't do that.

Messis level on the other hand, is unreachable, for any human being. And every comparison between the two would just be unfair and not make much sense.

You are selling CR7 short. Some of Cristiano's performances in knockout rounds of CLs in threepeat are stuff of almost unattainable legend. If Haaland can come close to that, hats truly off. But I doubt that he will.

Judesatz Bellinghamderach, the Lisan Al'Gaib. The one that will transform the deserts into gardens. The God Emperor.

He will bring balance to the force

But what about Peace, Justice, Freedom and Security to the new Empire?

It's destiny. Our fate has been sealed. The gods look at Bellingham as one of their own. There will be no more climate change. Peace and prosperity will befall humanity.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

With every tap-ins, comes blessing upon humanity.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

You mean those goals that count towards the scoreline?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (4 children)

Came down to a crap shoot so you can argue that England can win a Major Trophy. They could have won World Cup too. That game against France was neck and neck.

tbf Bellingham winning England something while the team is being sandbagged and handicapped by Southgate would be a legit achievement

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

True, before southgate we were such a great team.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

just because before 'x' there was 'y' doesn't mean 'x' ain't 'x' lol

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I think he means England arent being sandbagged they are just dogshit

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

he can't be serious then because the current side is pretty fucking good imo and I'm not even english

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Good enough to win a game or two after the group stage sure

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (2 children)

I mean we would’ve literally won the last Euros if we weren’t being sandbagged by Southgate…

i recently watched the Beckham docu on Netflix. it will be interesting how Bellingham does in the next tournament. similat age and similar "chosen one) status as Beckham in '98

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

It's nothing to do with English hype. There was German media, then Spanish media, and now world media talking about him

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

If you read my comment you’ll notice I actually said English media were ‘watching the hype train take off’.

New theory, Bellingham is Azor Ahai

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Confirmed, Vincent Tan is bringing back the red and black and signing Bellingham to Cardiff City.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Nah he’s Joseph Smith

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I'll there be cake?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (3 children)

In b4 Southgate plays him as RB

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Flashback time when I play FIFA Player Career mode and I play as a Striker and for some reason my coach always puts me to RB for the last 15 minutes of the game when we need a goal.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (4 children)

I hate that there is even a chance of this happening, knowing Southgate

As if Bellingham wouldn’t be world class in every outfield position.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Ju D. Bellingham

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Please stop man. I been getting spam feed about the promise land since last weekend.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Southgate: Nobody tell him

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Just my opinion, but I don't see him reaching Ronaldo's level.

Purely from a numbers and statistics perspective he might, but there's something about the goats of the game that make you believe anything is possible when they're around. Ronaldo was capable of making something happen out of nothing, whether he got service or not. Until now, I don't think the same can be said about Haaland. I've got nothing tangible to back this up of course, just my thoughts. As for Messi, well yeh that's not a discussion.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (5 children)

He could reach Cristiano's level in terms of goalscoring. But he stil has a loooooong. Way to go.

Yeah as I said, at least 15 season of consistent goal scoring and title winning

But who knows

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

He could win 20 golden boots and that still wouldn't mean he reached CR7's level. Hilarious how some think for some reason that it is somehow easier to beat Ronaldo as opposed to Messi. Unless someone new comes along and manages to win at least 5 Balons d'Or I'm sorry, but those 2 are pretty clearly unreachable.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I meant that, Haaland's best goalscoring season is still very far away from the numbers Messi and Cristiano put during their peak. So he still needs to get better than his current peak, and maintain the level for 15 years.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Yeah definitely, although you are comparing his first season in a top level team (no offense Dortmund lol) to the best numbers Messi and Ronaldo ever put up.

We would need to talk about this matter in like 7 years or so.
