Football is one of the cheapest sports to play. You just need one ball that cots 10pounds and 20 kids can have fun on the street. All those working class girls need is a desire to play football which they obviously don't have. And it is not an opportunity either... the mean salary in WSL is £47,000. This is if you become one of the best 400 football players in the country (which is extremely difficult, by the way). This is by no means an opportunity for those girls... they are better of studying and becoming doctors, lawyers, etc...
