Bisaccia went to playoffs and never had a chance of keeping the job.
Mark said himself the mistake he made in the past was to already decide on the new HC before the process starts- it happened with Gruden and McD. This time hopefully he takes a long hard look at all of his options
I think Antonio Pierce has a real good shot at keeping the job. A cheap coach that will give you enough goodwill with the fan base as you go through a rebuild.
