I think Antonio Pierce has a real good shot at keeping the job. A cheap coach that will give you enough goodwill with the fan base as you go through a rebuild.
Adams said how Aidan is feeling more comfortable with the guys now. You can tell Aidan is feeling more comfortable with the media too. He looked much more relaxed and himself this presser than he has in the past.

I really want to see Bo agaisnt an elite defense. Aidan will no doubt struggle agaisnt better schemes, but if the offense looks decent agaisnt the better teams the raiders will have a tough decision to make this offseason.
Yup. Also Not just the arm strength but the willingness as well. AOC is not shy about taking a shot and looks to spread the ball around. Our offense was such a joy to watch because of it. Jimmy has one read then a check down. Guys were open under JMD as well, jimmy just wouldn't even try to hit them.
I've wanted this man fired so many times, but I have to say I am a believer in him now. He definitely deserves the job and more investment of capital into his defense.
