In what world would this make sense? People really need to think these things through.
After death you have 4~ hours to harvest a heart. So they're claiming someone died in Gaza, they got the body to the morgue then Israel captured the hospital, took the bodies and fast choppered them to another medical center, to harvest a heart... all within 4 hours of death.
They also have thousands of "prisoners" who are loosely tracked, many without formal charges against them

They're not just taking dead bodies, they're taking living humans
And you have to consider that Israel controls Palestine's birth register and ID card issuance. Palestinians can't be desaparecidos if they never appeared (on the books) in the first place, right?
I'm not sure but other tissues within the heart, like valves, might last longer. Also many parts can be used for research, not necessarily transplantation.

The discussion is of feasibility, not morality.
But you see it makes Israel look bad, so it doesn't matter how accurate or plausible it is. That seems to be the way things work around here.
In the early 00s there were a lot of reports in alternative media about Israelis eating babies.
This seems like an extension of that.

What’s the logic for abolishing Israel? That they displaced another group for their land? You wanna think through the ramifications of that or…?
You could fit over 400 Israels inside the USA. "We need all this land" was the American lie to justify purely racist genocide.
I thought them through, and yes, whichever side is genociding the other should be abolished, yes. Not saying there can't be something after that plays nicely with all ethnicities in the region.
We didn't learn shit from the Yugoslav wars / Bosnia.
