It's weird how tax money enters a general revenue pool and some of it is spent on other things, like roads and services.

And, like any 'shock' piece, it mentions "billions" without actually saying a fucking percentage. ONLY PERCENTAGES MATTER.

I smell a conservative hit-piece.
