Probably because we have our windows open all the time with no screens and have a lot of indoor plants plants for them to take refuge in.

We keep a clean house. There's not so many that we need to bait them but enough of them that it's time for me to go plant to plant to catch them all.

@maniacalmanicmania Open windows is just asking for them to come in!

You definitely want those fly wire screens if you're keeping your windows open overnight (and there are workarounds if you're renting).

@maniacalmanicmania It will depend on what types of windows and frames you have, and also whether you're an owner-occupier or renting.
