EA with Easy Anti- Cheat seems to be the most obvious. EAC games can certainly work on Linux with Proton, and do, until EA will push through updates that break it.

I couldn't speculate as to why. My first guess would be to screw Steam, since EA runs their own storefront. My second guess is just plain indifference.
