You can host git repos on the IPFS and there is a project called radicle that adds PRs and documentation to them all with IPFS and git. If the RIAA and other parties don’t calm down this might have to be the future.
i'm actually using radicle to host some stuff, and have been following the project for a few months now :)
but sadly it's still too small for any meaningful collaboration, with the project still in beta and all that, but let's hope it will grow in the future :)
