I do like how you can collapse comment threads but didnโ€™t know if there was a flag to hide posts that you have already seen previously if you wanted.

You can hide read posts in the Settings interface:

There's an option under profile settings "Show Read Posts". I think it's checked by default so uncheck it and see if that works.

I've also seen that voting (up or down ) counts as reading.
