I'm personally a fan of systemd, but Devuan is a great example of the benefits of open source - they didn't like the direction a project was moving in and they decided to do something about it. Can't do that with iOS, macOS, or Windows. If the shit ever hits the fan with any of those operating systems, you're stuck with it. It's why I always try to use open source alternatives.

I understand the hate against the hate for systemd, but already a downvote, in less than an hour? I don't dislike Devuan, but I must say, I found it funny 😄😄
If you go trough my recent post in this sub you see I have now a down vote on every post, it is one troll who simply down votes everything I post without giving any explanation. Kids.
In fact, you have been making a considerable amount of posts. Some people might consider that spam. But I can't say it is actually a troll. You don't seem to have much downvotes.
