They should really start dismissing those with prejudice. Why even let these nut cases waste more of the legal system's time and resources?

Sovcits cost the court systems millions.
Do they not have to pay court fees? Or do court fees just not cover court costs?

The government paying the government, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Or something like that, idk these people are insane.
It would be rather hilarious to me if they honored their documents, but then deported them, as they are not U.S. citizens.
I wonder where you could deport a sovcit to.
They don't, they go stateless and get stuck in airports and international crossings where it's legal to not be a citizen of anywhere.
A few years back there was a guy who managed to get his US citizenship revoked while overseas at an embassy. He ended up not getting citizenship in his country of choice and was deported to USA, where he was denied entry. Ended up in South America somewhere as a stateless refugee.

The penguins have enough problems - they don't want sovcits too. I would get some joy out of seeing a sovcit trying to negotiate with a penguin with magic paperwork though.

I don't. It bugs the shit out of me that these fuckwits are gumming up our court system with their bullshit. It's one thing for it to be a specimen behind glass, quite another to have real trials backlogged with cases like this in the queue. It delays justice, and justice delayed is justice denied.
Also we all have to pay the court costs. At least we get something back in the form of entertainment, but dammit I'd rather just save the money and go to the movies.
